We will check the contents here to ensure there are no omissions or errors before submitting the application to the head office. * A return envelope and postage stamp will be enclosed. **[Information to be Filled In]** * Name, Phone Number, Address * Bank for Direct Debit (General Financial Institution, Japan Post Bank) * Bank Seal * Selection of Cartridge Replacement Cycle * You can choose from <1 month, 2 months, 3 months>. * The cartridge price is 4730 yen per piece. The price will increase to 4950 yen from the May 2025 account deduction. The direct debit procedure takes approximately 2 months. From the application, the first cartridge delivery will be 2 months later for those with a 1-month replacement cycle. For those with 2-month and 3-month replacement cycles, the cartridge will arrive 2 and 3 months after the application, respectively. We can send two application forms if you wish to purchase here.
