This is a turtle oil lamp I purchased from an antique shop about 10 years ago. It's a very rare item. The front part can be removed, so it could also be used as a vase. There are no oil stains on the front, so it doesn't seem to have been used as an oil lamp. There are chips on the edge and tail. Other than that, there are no noticeable scratches or chips.
