This is a US military-issued item from WILD THINGS. I purchased it about 8 years ago at a select shop that carries military wear. The interior uses PrimaLoft, which is said to be 8 times warmer than down. While it doesn't feel quite that warm, it is still very warm and is extremely useful in the winter. It's a great material that can be washed at home. Size: X-Small-Regular Width: 59cm Length: 72cm (front length is 7cm shorter) Sleeve Length: 77.5cm There are scratches on the sleeves and scuffs on the cuffs. The drawcord around the waist is stretched. It doesn't affect wear. Please check photos 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11. I've worn this quite a bit, although there were years I didn't wear it.
