Koga Ningyo Sumo Wrestler. This is a dignified and beautiful sumo wrestler figure. I believe it was made by the 18th generation Toru Ogawa or an earlier artist. Koga Ningyo is one of the three major earthen dolls in Japan, a local toy born in Nagasaki with a 400-year history.
