I purchased this approximately one year ago and have kept it stored at home. It is new and unused. I took it out of the bag for the photos, but it was unopened until then, and stored in the box and bag. There are no frays or peeling soles. Please note that the box is not included. This is a home-kept item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things. Thank you very much.
