This tote bag is by a popular artist known for their careful stitching. I purchased it at an event. The material is cotton aizome kasuri (ikat) and the origin of the kasuri is unknown. Sizes are approximate. The lining is striped cotton with a pocket. The bottom has cardboard wrapped in fabric. It's sewn beautifully with attention to detail, and it has attachments on both ends so it can be used as a shoulder bag. The artist uses vintage fabric, so there may be original stains and wear.
