I made a tapestry from the fabric of a disassembled furisode (long-sleeved kimono). There were stains, so I washed it with bleach. The stains haven't completely come out, and the base color has faded, but it's improved a bit. I've used the best-looking part. The flower colors are a brighter, more beautiful pink. The left and right edges are folded over three times, about 5mm each. It's hand-sewn, so the finish is softer than using a sewing machine. Please use it as a tapestry by inserting poles through the top and bottom. Also, since it's not very long, how about using it as a noren (Japanese split curtain) to partially cover something? I don't have poles of the appropriate length, so they are not included. It has been stored for a long time, so there are stains and dirt. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I try to be careful, but please forgive any imperfections in the details as it is handmade.
