This is a Bass Pro Shops Gore-Tex cap. It's a rare model made with highly waterproof Gore-Tex fabric. I believe it's in good condition with few uses. The size can be adjusted with the Velcro in the back. As this is a used item, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about such things.
