Isidai (Striped Beakfish) Hooks with Leader These are Isidai rigs equipped with a supple and strong new material leader. The leader uses Kevlar or Polylat (Polylat will be used sequentially as Kevlar is discontinued). The hook's base and loop are specially coated for strength and smooth leader passage, reducing bait damage when threading sea urchins or hermit crabs, resulting in better hook hold.
