This is "Umi no Nushi Tsuri 2" (Sea Fishing Master 2) for the Game Boy, made by Victor Interactive in 1998. I have confirmed that it works for this listing (see image 4). However, as this is a product from nearly 30 years ago, please understand that there is a possibility of defects or malfunctions, and consider purchasing accordingly. There is no box or instruction manual, but I will include the plastic case.
