This is a knitted yarn dress tunic. The previous owner didn't wear it much either. My grandchild has worn it only once or twice, so it appears to be in good condition, but there is some slight pilling. It's not noticeable from a distance. Also, the manufacturer's name was written on it, so the manufacturer is unknown. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
