I used this until my daughter was 6 months old. I used it about 3 or 4 times a week. There are some stain-like marks in places you can't see. Other than that, there are no noticeable stains or scratches, and the box and instruction manual are included. It has been washed once at home. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned as this is a used item.
