This is a navy blue floral skirt from ViS, purchased around 2019. It's a size M, but it reached about knee-length on a 172cm tall woman. There were no noticeable stains. Height is 67cm, and the waist is about 30 x 2 = 60cm. When the fabric at the bottom of the skirt is spread out, it's about 100cm. It has pockets.
