This is the keirin (cycle racing) members-only monthly magazine "Winning Run October 2024"! The bag has been opened due to personal information, but it's a brand new, unused item that hasn't been read yet. All the flyers and race schedules that were included when it arrived are also included! They are bulky, so I haven't included them in the photos, but I will take pictures if you'd like.
