I purchased this at a birthday sale 2.3 years ago. I bought it to use when I went back to my parents' house, but my child didn't use it much, so I think it was used 2 or 3 times. I don't see any stains, but it has been stored at home for a while, so the cushion has some discoloration as shown in the 6th photo. You probably won't notice it if you put it in a cover, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Also, since it was used by a child, there may be some unnoticed stains.
