This is a Fernandes JG-40. It appears to be from 2000. It's quite unique with its Jaguar style, two humbuckers, and this color. You're unlikely to see another one like it. It sounds great. The acoustic sound is quite loud and enjoyable to play even without an amp. When plugged into an amp, the powerful sound of the humbuckers makes you want to crank up the distortion. The fretwork is also well-done, and I found it very easy to play. There are some scratches, but it's in good condition for its age. The frets show only slight wear and should be fine for a while. The neck also seems to be in good condition. The fingerboard and frets have been cleaned, polished, and oiled for this listing. One issue: the output level sometimes drops while playing. Since this happens with both the front and rear pickups, the problem is likely with the wiring or the switch, not the pickups themselves. Please have this issue addressed before use.
