This is a TOTO Washlet shower nozzle cover (see image). I purchased this because the cover came off and the groove chipped during toilet cleaning. I bought two, so I am selling one. Why not replace your yellowed nozzle cover with a new one? Just changing that can make your toilet feel brand new.
