This is an aftermarket product imported from overseas. These are tuning pegs often used on Gibson-style guitars. They are vintage-style Kluson-type pegs converted to hand-tightening locking pegs. They lock much more easily than pegs that are tightened with screws on the peg post. According to the seller, the gear ratio is 1:14, and the color is nickel. The peg buttons have a slightly dark greenish color. It's not the completely opaque color often found on cheap types, but rather a color that allows a slight glimpse of the metal peg shaft.
