I bought this at the Western Wear shop inside Tokyo Disneyland a few years ago. I even washed it, intending to wear it, but it's been stored in my closet at home without ever being worn. There are no stains or damage. Please check photos 11, 12, and 13 for the size, which I've measured with a tape measure. The color in photo 14 is the closest to the actual item. The printed part is white. Please note that this item has been stored at home for a long time, so please only purchase if you don't mind.
