This hakama romper is perfect for the Okuizome ceremony, New Year's celebrations, and taking New Year's card photos. I purchased this item from someone else (who had worn it twice), and I wore it once for the Okuizome ceremony. I then washed it at home. There is some slight pilling that isn't noticeable in photos, but there are no significant stains, and I think it can still be worn.
