Includes the main unit and one controller only. This is a junk item, as I have only confirmed that it powers on with an adapter I own. It powered on. The red light is on. Both the main unit and the controller have scratches and dirt from use. There is no major damage such as cracks. This is a junk item, so how about it for repair or parts?!
