This is the Peak Design Micro Clutch, a finger strap for mirrorless cameras, specifically the L-Plate version. The L-Plate type is compatible with Sony α7 series cameras and others. (Please refer to the official website for a list of compatible models.) This is the English version, obtained through a Kickstarter campaign. I tried it on, but due to compatibility issues with other accessories, I never actually used it outside and it has been in storage. The box and all included parts are present, but it has been opened and repacked after being tried on.
