This is a non-foil version of "Tezzeret, Cruel Captain" from the Magic: The Gathering set, War of the Spark. I put it in a sleeve immediately after pulling it from a pack, so there are no noticeable scratches. However, please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item, as it has been stored by a non-professional.
