A cup and saucer set from Elizabethan, a British pottery manufacturer. This is the "Cut for Coffee" model, with a playing card motif. The cups are slightly small, with decorative handles and embossed shallow grooves on the sides. Gold trim is applied to the rims and handles. A retro and unique cup set. I acquired a set of 6, but the handles of 2 cups and 4 cups are different (photo 5). Regarding the condition, there are no major chips or cracks. There may be superficial scratches, slight print wear, and small dents or scratches on the bottom and foot, but it is in good condition for a vintage item. I received it as an unused item and displayed it on a shelf without using it. (I did not store it in a box, so I will classify it as "like new.")
