There are no noticeable scratches or paint chips. It works perfectly. This is a Guyatone Micro Series digital delay! Despite its compact size, it offers a practical long delay of up to 2600msec, and the sound quality is analog-like and easy on the ears, making it a usable sound. I have other items for sale as well.
