This is an ESM Standard 5 mouthpiece for tenor saxophone. Only the mouthpiece itself is for sale; a ligature and box are not included. This is a standard model from the German mouthpiece maker ESM, and the tip opening is the popular 5. According to my research, the opening 5 of this mouthpiece is almost equivalent to Selmer's S80 C☆ or S90 180. I purchased it online from a musical instrument workshop in Shizuoka Prefecture, labeled as a JAZZ model, but the tone was different from what I expected. I only tried it out when I bought it and have kept it in storage since then, so it's almost in new condition with no scratches or dirt. I haven't used it much, so I can't comment on the mouthpiece's characteristics.
