When shipping, I will remove the batteries currently in the penlight and include them. However, I cannot guarantee the remaining battery life, so please purchase only if you understand this. It has been used a few times and stored by a non-professional, so the outer bag has some noticeable dirt and scratches as shown in photos 4 and 5. However, since it was always stored in the bag, there are no noticeable scratches on the main body. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item.
