This is a relatively new item from when the license ended in 2006. I don't recall using it much, but the belt part shows some signs of age-related deterioration (please see images 4 and 5). I believe the main body itself is clean. Since the belt is adjustable, I think it can be used by both men and women without any issues. Thank you.
