This film, a collaboration between Hollywood and Hong Kong with VFX by Moving Picture Company, was a hot topic at the time. I played it only once after purchasing it new. The case has some minor scratches, and the disc is in excellent condition with no scratches. Blu-ray sales were limited, so a scratch-free disc is very rare. This is a domestic, official retail version, not a rental or sample copy, from a non-pet and non-smoking environment. However, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items.
