This is a used item, but it was kept as a spare. It's a genuine VN45HE stylus. The stylus tip is still sharp, and playback has been confirmed, so it's in good condition. A fidelity-research headshell and ortofon LW-6N lead wires are included. There is a scratch on the rubber cover of the lead wire (this was caused when removing it from another cartridge). Immediate purchase is OK.
