This is a coen frill tote bag. Black was popular and sold out quickly. It's very cute, whether scrunched up or left as is. It has a lining and is well-made. I'm selling it this time because I have too many bags of a similar design. It hasn't been used much. The material feels like it would be okay in a little rain. It's hard to see in the photos, but there are two inner pockets and a zippered pocket on the opposite side. The size is 39 x 30 (this is the actual space for items, excluding the frill part).
