This is the trail version of the Fresh Foam More. The Vibram lugs are large and provide good grip. There is no rock plate, but it's thick, so you don't feel any rocks pushing up. New Balance 2E is equivalent to 3E = wide model in other companies. This model is only sold in 2E, and it's designed to be wide, taking into account foot swelling during trail use. The design is cute, so I've mostly used it as a sneaker, and used it for trail running about 3 times. Please check the photos for some stains and scuffs. The outsole is Vibram, so it's hardly worn, but the heel area has some scuffing because the midsole touches the ground directly due to the design. There are no tears or rips in the upper.
