The tag says "Hamtaro," but there are no characters. It's a simple red hat. It has a fleece lining and ear flaps to keep you warm in winter. It can be secured under the chin with Velcro, so it won't blow away. Size 55 100% polyester Washable I think it's in good condition because I haven't worn it much.
