This is a PRS Custom 22, a 10-top. While there is some clouding and scratches, it's still in good condition. The frets show no wear, and the truss rod has plenty of room. I haven't adjusted it. As you'd expect from a high-end guitar, it doesn't buzz even with a low action. Amazing. Accessories include the hard case and tremolo arm only. The reason for selling is that I own a Custom 24, Tom Anderson, and Suhr, and I haven't been using this one as much. Thank you. The strap pins have been replaced with Dunlop strap locks.
