Made in 2021 Includes main unit, soft mat, instruction manual, and original box. Operation has been confirmed. In addition to the main unit, I'm including 4 AA alkaline batteries. A bath towel was placed on top of the main unit during use, so the child was never placed directly on it. The included mat is unused, but it has slight bends from being stored in the box. The instruction manual and outer box have some minor scratches. There are no major scratches on the main unit, but there are small marks as shown in the attached photos.
