★ Please read my profile! This is a flare skirt from the American high-end brand, Cynthia Rowley. It's a very cute item with many pastel pink flowers scattered all over it. The flowers are not just printed on; each one is separate, and the overlapping parts are connected. It has a lining, so you don't have to worry about it being see-through. It's a rare item that is very difficult to obtain now because the brand doesn't have a license in Japan. I haven't had a chance to wear it because I thought it was too precious, so I'm putting it up for sale this time. Because of the color and pattern, you can wear it all year round.
