(Ice packs not included) An aluminum sheet is inserted to prevent the ice packs from melting. I wear tight vinyl gloves inside and bring several spare ice packs with me. Also, there is a wrist strap so it won't fall off even on a reclining bed, providing a secure fit and peace of mind.
