Purchased new in 2020 and used only once, if at all. The lens body was stored in a dehumidified storage. Everything in the pictures is included (with a mount cap). The serial number is hidden to prevent swapping. It is close to an unused item, so I have not checked the operation. A lens focus adjustment tool is also included.
