There is one vertical line at 50cm, which is half the fabric width (100cm), and then horizontal lines at 48cm intervals. Please understand this before purchasing. It's a nice, smooth fabric, so you can use it for things other than handkerchiefs, such as lunch cloths, furoshiki (wrapping cloths), and stoles (the guidelines will be less noticeable if they are gathered).
