This is the KING BASS from Far East Electric (Honda Sound Works). It's a bass preamp. It's designed to apply a natural effect without drastically changing the character of the bass itself. I've used a prototype before, and I was interested in this unit, so I got it. Although it's a bass preamp, it works very well with a guitar. It's recommended for those who want to create clean and crunchy tones with a rich, glossy sound. *From the time of purchase, the right toggle switch, which adjusts the compression, doesn't seem to make much of an audible difference. I think this is a common specification for products from Hondasoundworks and Fareastelectric. (I don't think it's broken, but I can't guarantee it.) The included accessory is the original box.
