This was purchased this summer. I've worn it about 3 times. The soft fabric with a slight sheerness and the shirring design from the chest to the stomach are very cute. It's a blouse with sleeves that reach just below the elbow. It looks great with both pants and skirts, whether tucked in or worn as is. I'm selling it because I bought something similar.
