I found this while organizing the storage shed. The wooden box is labeled "Kae-en" and "Zuisho." It's about 18cm tall and 16cm wide. A magnet doesn't stick to it, and based on image searches, I believe it might be a bronze vessel. It looks clean at first glance, but upon closer inspection, as you can see in photos 6, 7, and 8, there are fine lines and scratches. The box also has some staining, as shown in photo 9. Photo 11 shows it next to a wet wipe case to give you an idea of the size. It's not too big, so it can be placed in a small space. The patterns change depending on the light and viewing angle, with colors like red, green, and dark gold. I think it would be lovely for holding flowers. Since it doesn't seem to fit in my home, I hope someone who doesn't mind the box's staining or the minor scratches on the metal vessel will be able to use it. Thank you for looking.
