I purchased them at a Markey's store and wore them a few times. There are no noticeable stains, but there is some fading on the left knee and some signs of wear. The double stitching on the front of the waist is single stitched for about 6 cm. Please check the last image. I don't think it affects wear, but I would like to sell them to someone who doesn't mind.
