This is a plate heater for dogs and cats. You can use the front and back sides to adjust the temperature. I bought it in January 2022 and used it for two months, after which it was stored in its box at home. There are some minor scratches on the high-temperature side. I have confirmed that it powers on and heats up, but when the unit is shaken, there is a faint sound of small objects moving inside. The corners of the outer box are crushed. There is no cover. The dimensions without the cover are 38cm (height), 28cm (width), and 1.5cm (thickness). For shipping, the unit will be wrapped in cushioning material and placed in a box, the box will be placed in a plastic bag, and then in a paper bag, with the shipping label attached. All materials used will be recycled. Since the unit's operation has been confirmed, returns are not accepted.
