It doesn't turn on, so it's being sold as cheap junk. The receiver unit is missing. It might be possible to use a 2.4GHz receiver from another mouse, but details are unknown. The thin part of the battery cover is broken, but the cover can be fitted and closed normally (the battery doesn't fall out).
