I purchased this from someone who wore it once, and I wore it for 2 hours at my child's Halloween party at daycare. There may be small pills overall. The cow-print part on the lower body is the most noticeable, but it's barely visible when worn, so I didn't mind. It was a perfect fit for my child, who is 75cm tall and weighs 10kg.
