The exterior is made of Margot Fieno (a slightly light brown), and the interior is made of Tochigi Leather (natural). The Margot exterior is a high-quality Italian vegetable-tanned leather made using the Vacchetta method. This leather is well-oiled, and as it is used, it develops a natural luster and ages to a deeper color. Initially, the surface has a rough, matte texture due to the scratch processing, but it becomes glossy with age. This leather allows you to really feel the changes brought about by aging. The Tochigi Leather interior is a high-quality domestic vegetable-tanned leather. It is produced using the traditional and time-consuming pit tanning method. The natural vegetable-tanned leather will turn to an amber color as it ages.
