This is a small size kobukusa (tea cloth) used during tea ceremonies, such as when performing the tea ceremony with a chabako (tea box) or goshogago (imperial basket). Note: Size is approximately 12cm x 13cm. It is about two sizes smaller (3cm around) than a regular kobukusa, so it is also perfect as a coaster for matcha tea bowls, regardless of the school of tea. ❤️ 【Dimensions】 With the "wasa" (the folded edge) on the right side: Width 13.2cm x Height 12.2cm. It is made with a pattern, but please allow for some slight variations. 【Sewing Method】 Three sides are sewn, and the short side is the "wasa" (folded edge). ❤️ Since it is new, there are no creases in the center.
