The Stella McCartney Falabella Mini Tiny is very popular. I bought it about 5 years ago at Mitsukoshi in Ginza. There is no guarantee, but it is definitely authentic. There is no rust on the chain and no noticeable stains or tears. The string at the seam of the opening is limp. Also, since it is faux leather in places, there is some wear and tear.
