This is a playmat distributed at the Yu-Gi-Oh! WCS 2015, of which there are only 34 in the world! I purchased it in 2018 from a card shop in a new, unopened condition, and I have never used it since. It is currently stored in a with D playmat case for display. As custom-made items are widely available, it's become rare to see genuine ones. Be careful as fakes are being traded at high prices.
